What do you mean by HRDC job offer from canada?Canada have already a poor job market these days.

How the organizations in Canada are going to provide me a HRDC job offer.?

Where to apply for these job offers?Are there any good website there?

Nobody will just "provide" you with HRDC approved job offer.

It is you who must look for the job and convince employer to give you the
offer to hire you. Then such employer must apply for HRDC approval of that
offer.

There are no "shops" where you can find it, sorry. But about 100,000 people
every year find jobs and get work permits, so they must be doing something
right, at least they proved their resourcefulness.
