Default job offer

Hello,
Does anyone know how difficult it would be for my wife to recieve a job offer from a major company (HSBC) that would be accepted by HRDC as extra points for a skilled worker application.
She wouldnt be in a particularly senior role in the UK at the moment, but is possibly soon to be made a department manager.
Would this be good enough to add 10 points to our application if she could get a job offer.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

HRSDA approval would be at request of the employer seeking to transfer her to Canada. It is not a likely thing from your description of the situation.

Thanks for your reply Jim. Would the problem be getting the job offer from HSBC in the first place or getting approval from the HRSDA?

Sorry it is HRSDC, my typo. I do not know that HSBC would or would not offer employment. Probably not though, unless they felt it would be approved by BSRDC.
