I've got a slight problem. All of my job titles have included assistant but I have been doing some quite high level stuff. I've only worked for very large companies and as such have exposure to work which I beleive allows me to qualify under several job titles on the NOC?

I don't want to be creative with my application by lying. So how do I get around this? Any ideas. Should I just be honest and explain my situation?
