ITC and POE
 

Hi - has anyone used POE for getting a intra-company transfer work permit?

Any advice and how strict are they at the moment on specialized knowledge?

Additionally Im applying for spousal PR - I have assumed that applying for a work permit has no impact on that and I may then end up with a TWP and PR?
