Interview rescheduling
 

I received the interview call for March in Moscow but I was not able to pass it since
I was abroad working. Instead I asked the Consulate (by sending a fax mssage) to
reschedule the date of my interview to the end of the summer 2002.

As usual, they do not reply. My question is if they might respect my demand about the
date? Or they reschedule interviews as they want?
