inland spousal
hi all,
i have applied via for PR via inland spousal ,and need to ask a few questions,
my timeline
application recieved vegreville 3 april 2006
started processing 17 july 2006
husband approved to sponser 25 january 2007
application approved in principle 25 january 2007
medical results recieved
so know not sure how much longer for PR to be finalized ,i was thinking a few months,so not sure if i should apply for open work permit if there is still months of waiting..i also read on another thread that once PR is in process that you cant leave the country ,is this true even if you have a valid passport and i have a visitor visa until march 08.i need to go back to the UK in august for my brothers wedding.

You will probably be landed well before your brother's wedding.
