Default Inland common-law form question(s)

Busy form filling this evening. My girlfriends son is out for the evening and we are spending the peace and time going through the plethora of forms and boxes!

Two questions I couldn`t figure out, who is a co-signer and what are they for?

Also, we wish to pay the fees tomorrow, totally $550 at the bank using the pink fees receipt. We`ll be using my girlfriend`s bank. On the receipt, who should we put in the payer box, me as in the principle applicant?

I do not have a client number, so would I leave that box empty?

Thanks. I have a headache from these forms!

Shipping them out on Thursday and let the fun begin

A co-signer would be a spouse but that is not possible in your situation as the spouse is the one being sponsored. The payer should be the sponsor. Since you have not yet applied there is no client number.

Thanks Jim.

It also asks for the client date of birth in the fees receipt, would that be hers (sponsor) or mine (principle applicant)?

I think it would be confusing to use one's date of birth and the other's name.

Dunno if it helps but my OH got AIP back in February and a work permit last week. She applied in April of last year.
