Default Initial Assesment Letter Format

1. What average time CHC take to initate IA letter?

2. Is it a system generated Letter or a customized letter signed by specific visa officer?

3. What IA Letter contain (body text)?

4. Is AOR and IA letter are same?

have u applied to London CHC? i am not sure if they send out IA letters. They send medical requests directly if you have passed or inform u otherwise. If you apply now, u would not get any news from them for atleast 42 months. ( at least that is what i have read here in this forum).

AOR stands for acknowledgement of Receipt. IA stands for Initial assesment. AOR is issued once they receive your application, it would contain your file number and would state the approx timeframe as to when they would look into ur application.

After initial assessment is completed. Depending from the category applied under, visa post, profile of applicant, etc. it may be anywhere from several months to 6+ years from application.

It is a generic letter, in some visa post it is a generic form with custom fields.

Decision about interview (required or waived), request for additional documents (if applicable) and in some visa posts request for medicals.

Nope.

You are fairly new here - please read the Essential resources sticky post (second from the top, by JAJ) first to learn basics, then do some homework and browse or search through past posts to find answers to basic questions like yours. Only when you cannot find the answer post your new question here.

And when posting question always provide basic info - category applied under, visa post, when applied, etc. in order to help others understand better your circumstances and provide you with more precise answer.

Questions like you just asked are too vague and answers will obviously vary depending from visa post, category, time of application, etc..

Do yourself a favor and ask specific questions, disclosing your circumstances if you want soild answers.
