Question Info on immigration into new brunswick

We are a family hoping to move to new brunswick but have no idea of decent areas to move to. Can anyone offer opinions on the province and advise on suitable areas. We are looking for somewhere kind of quiet but as many recreational facilities as possible for the children.
Also, can anyone tell me the procedure they followed to get in on a Work visa? The lmo is on its way but we are led to believe that we pick the visa up at the airport but we're not totally convinced that this is correct.
Any advice gratefully received...thanks

With the LMO, the employment offer letter and Passports of course, you can receive your visa(s) at the Port of Entry. You don't say whereabouts in New Brunswick you plan to settle, so difficult for anyone to provide location assistance.

It will be woodstock area but would consider anywhere within approx 2 hour drive. We dont want to live in a town centre but the children dont want to live somewhere too isolated so, its difficult to find the right balance.

It's certainly correct, assuming you're UK citizens that don't need a medical of course. The Wiki has full info on the all the steps to get a TWP, including applying for it at the POE, so please have a read of that.

As for where to live, if you can give people a bit more info (budget, do you want access to any particular facilities, what type of house do you want, etc) then they will be able to help I'm sure.

Good luck.
