INCOME & SPONSORSHIP
Mr. Miller and Others,
I have sponsored my parents under family class category. Their case is in process since March22, 2003. My income was 30K+ last year which is reflected on my last years' Tax Return. Is it necesssary to maintain the required income for all the years their case will be in process or not. Please advise. Thanks Preet |
Re: INCOME & SPONSORSHIP
Yes, it is. It is highly probable (especially when process takes years) that
visa post will ask for updated financial information close to the end of process and if your income is not longer meeting LICO then your parents will be refused visas. -- ../..
