Default To immigration lawyers and experts:question about place for filing immigation documents

Hi
I am studying in Canada since couple of months. I come from India. I was
planning to apply for immigration while I am studying. Is there any
restrictions as to where I can file my application. I mean can I file my
application in Buffalo canadian consulate
Thanks for your answer

You may apply either though New Delhi or through Buffalo (but only if you
were admitted to Canada for at least 12 months and if you are sure that you
can get US visa to attend the interview in US if necessary).

I believe it is impossible for you to apply for immigration while you
are studying. As a student VISA case, there are only couple options:
1. Graduated, got a job offered. Apply the 1 year working permit.
Within that one year, you can apply the immigration (immediately).
Mostlikely, you will get approve within 1 year.
2. Married.
