The Job Bank is a public sector equivalent for Monster, Indeed etc. It's linked with the Canadian employment office just like Job Centre have a similar website in the UK. It's a requirement for EE profile holders to be on it but it's not usually all that useful unless you are in a niche or extreme high demand skillset area and are looking to secure a job offer for an LMIA.

Tbh I'm not even sure how useful the job bank would be even for those with extremely niche skills really. Some headhunters may use it though and if you're looking for an LMIA then having a profile on the Job Bank can't hurt.
