Immigration Consultant (What they can do )
I am looking for Immigration consultant, but I am 4 points below the mark (63), I did'nt do well on the IELTS Test.
I want to hire a Immigration Consultant, but how he/she can help to get the PR. What a Immigration Consultant can do, but just help you to fill the forms and gather all the documents.

If you think that all consultant or lawyer can do is to fill the forms then you obviously have no idea about complexity of the process.
If you think that consultant or lawyer can add points to your score then you are dreaming.
Immigration practitioner (if he or she is honest of course) can tell you what your chances are and what should be done to make your case stronger, build the case for you and present it to CIC. But if there is not a chance for making case stronger then honest practitioner shouldn't even take your case.
And it is not only about points. There are applicants approved with less points than required and there are applicants refused with scores well above pass mark.

Nothing to stop you retaking IELTS after further study/ tuition and submitting with a higher mark. Best thing a consultant could do is asses your application and make suggestions where further training could be used to boost points...Higher education, improved English, second language etc,etc.
