Hi, I have got a permanent residentship of Canada 6 months ago.I have a brother who is 23
and not studying from a long time.Can anyone tell me how i can sponser him or apply for
him ,as i don't see anyway. RB.

You cannot sponsor your brother as he is not a member of the Family Class. He would get 5
points as a bonus if you are resident in Canada. Jim Humphries, former visa officer
