A quick look at their website indicates I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
No ICCRC number displayed.

It rather depends on each individuals circumstances, confidence and abilities in form filling. Some can do an adequate job on their own, others cannot. Each individual has to decided what works for them. Some agents do a perfectly acceptable job, some by all accounts on here, do not.

An agent however cannot offer any better chance of acceptance than doing it yourself, assuming the application is correctly completed.

Yes, they haven't got a clue, do it yourself, rather than use them, they gave us incorrect information, cost time and money and are only interested in doing easy applicants. It was over 10 years ago whrn we used them but they had told us that we were in the last batch of wannabe Canadians as they were going to focus more on Spain.

Agreed, & + 1.

OP, a little trick I learned here is to google the company address..., &! to read between the lines on the website.

(Hint: in this case I can't find a London office. I do find a Home Counties residential address... I also see a reference to "working with" *[another company name], *2 [company names], actually, depending on page, on the website...)

Checking ICCRC registration is, of course, primordial.

* neither of which list immigration law in their services ...

Hi everyone
Thank you for all your replies I appreciate it
We used sis Canada ltd to do sponsorship for us in 2009 despite several emails phone calls we were told it was being dealt with but now we can't even get hold of them we don't have any paperwork so my guess is they never did apply for us despite taking our fees.

68 months for processing.. so they may not be being evasive, necessarily.

Processing times for sponsorship of parents and grandparents applications

If you have any documentation from CIC - receipt for money paid, reference number etc., you can check the status online yourself: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/ECA...928.1422860136
