Default immigration advice

hello everybody,
i'm new to this site.myself and my family(wife and 2 kids)are in the initial stages of immiration to canada, calgary inparticular.we are looking at cougar ridge and west springs any comments on these areas would be appreciated.
we are planning a trip to calgary in september.
a question that we need to get answered before we continue on the path to immigration is this:Our son (5 months old) had heart surgery to correct a narrowing of the aorta, which was successful.
he needs to have check ups every 4 months up till the age of 13.
will this have a bearing on our immigration application?

It would depend on the prognosis. If positive and only checkups are required then probably not. But, no one here can give you a precise answer even if they consult the manual. The only real way to find out is to apply.
