Default IMM1344A name before marriage and after

Hi ,
My name entered in the Canadian records like (PR card and SIN card)
Family name: B C
Given name: A
After immigration I got married.
Now the problem is do I have to fill my new family name (husband's family name) or my family name in Canadian records.

IMM1344A item number 1 asks current family name and family name before marriage. What I should enter, my name in Canadian records or new family name?

Can I enter my new family name without changing in the Canadian records?

Kindly advice me

Thanks and Regards
mksam

Ok so if i am understanding this you are a PR with your surname in your maiden name. Now you have married and have taken on your husbands surname.?
You are wanting to sponsor him for PR in canada. (sorry) but am trying to understand) On the forms it asks for your name as you have stated. hmmmmmmm....well I know that in BC i do not have to take on my husbands name. and from what i have read on here CIC don't seem to be that fickle about the names.
ahhh i have just found this that is a little further along on the form..>
A, 11 .....Full Name at the time you became a permanent resident.

so in my way of thinking either way won't matter. Even if you use your now married name. you still state in section A, 11 what your name was at the time of your own PR.
please do not take this as gospel tho.........as i am learning all the time just like everyone else here *S*....maybe give them a call and ask them.
Good Luck~
