IMM0008 Residency Question
I was in US working from 2014 to 2017.
Then gap for 2 years.
Again came to US on 8 March 2019.
Went out of US for 1 week vacation in December 2019
In US currently after the vacation.
Visa ends on 4 Nov 2022.
What should be my start and end dates ?

I'm sorry, but I don't really understand what you're asking. Start date for what? Your end date would be when you submit the form, most people just put 'now' or 'to date', something like that. Your start date would be whichever date is relevant.

You would not show a few weeks holiday in another country as another entry in the residence list question.
