Default IMM0008 Generic quick questions

Real quick, just going over final forms:
IMM0008 Generic (the main application form) -
For which Visa office you are applying to - do you put "London, United Kingdom" or simply "London"?

For country of residence + country of citizenship etc - put "England" or "United Kingdom"?

Also if you answered "No" to any of the other questions (therefore you don't need to fill the rest of that question in) did anybody put N/A in the other boxes to play it safe?

Thanks for any info,
Wayne.

we put United Kingdom ( although it seems that CIC pay little attention to the difference between England, Scotland, N. Ireland etc. as most people who were born in Scotland etc seem to find " england listed as their country of birth on their paperwork )

I believe we N/A 'd every box so that their were no blanks , just to be on the safe side

For the Visa Office I was advised to write LONDON. I am not sure what other people did.

Wayne.
LONDON is OK. Why- because this question seems to be "Embassy Location" specific.

Wayne.
United Kingdom is OK. Why-because Internationally "UK" is used for this country.

Ok, thanks. For boxes such as on the Background Declaration where you can't fit "United Kingdom" in full, best to put "UK" or "England"?

Also - writing N/A in all text fields that do not require an answer, but what about date fields and checkboxes that won't take letters? Leave those or manually write N/A? There's a lot of fields if that's the case!

you have to write united kingdom in full regardless of the space, I hand wrote it UNITED
KINGDOM in the spaces. We were advised that from the begining by the Saskatchewan immigration officers.

If there is a date that can be put in, put it in. But if it is N/A just put that somewhere in the line.
