IMM 5540 & IMM 5490
I need to sponsor my wife and 4 months old son from Pakistan. I was married
3 years back which is legally and socially accepted.
Do I need to fill IMM 5540 (Completed Sponsor Questionnaire) alongwith
spouse Questionnaire (IMM5490).
Your help greatly appreciated

You will have to fill out the forms that are in the kit for sponsors. There
is a Guide available on the CICs website www.cic.gc.ca
