Default IMM 1000 Lost - Fear of Wrong Use

I lost my IMM 1000 abroad, and travelled to Canada on Travel Document issued
through the Canadian High Commission. I am afraid, the same will be used for
bringing a person unlawfully in Canada. I want to report to CIC about this
by providing its W number. At what address I sould write? Any help.

Regards

If you reported the visa as lost when you applied for the facilitation visa,
then the visa office should have passed on the information to its HQ.
