Default IELTs Test (please help)

Hi
Recently I have got my IELTS resolute, and I have reached overall 5 (4-listening 5-reading 5-righting 6-speaking) .
My lawyer had sent my file to CIC (Berlin) and after 1 month they send me my file nr.
I believe that I have got 67 point that’s why they send me my file nr. But my lawyer asked me to talk a new test, because maybe they are not going to give you 67 point, so your file
Might be rejected, I know that my English is poor, that’s why I decided to take the test again, but I would like to know, is it really possible that they reject my file.
I would be appriciate if anyone can help me with my situation.
thank you,Razavi

You got file number only because application package met minimum evidence requirements, nothing more. Getting file number has absolutely nothing to do with points (or lack of). And of course your application may be refused later when assessed.

i think you are running against the clock. You have to provide them new IELTS scorecard with improved grading before they make the decision. You also need to consider (ofcourse depending on your visa post) , it can take weeks or months before reaching the concerned visa officer. Once your case is rejected , its highly unlikely that they will open it again to evaluate it with new IELTS grading.
