IELTS TEST
Can I send my landed immigrant file before getting the test result ? I registered to
do this English test but the next one is on the 17th of August. Please advise. Thanks

The guide clearly states that:
*** All documents must be submitted at the same time, together with your completed
application form.***
If you don't submit IELTS results with the application then one of two things will
happen - one is that your application will be returned, or second that you will be
assessed as at the time of application, that likely means without points for English.

The Regulations are clear that an assessment will be made when the application is
recieved. The Regs also state that the applicant must provide evidence of their
language ability (a test or other written evidence)
I would not consider it a wise decision to file without complete information.
