Default IELTS scores

Hi all,
My question might have been answered multiple times, but please just
for the record advise me on my IELTS score.

I've got 7.0 on Listening, 6.5 on Reading and 8.0 on both Speaking and
Writing.

I have to admit I didn't prepare at all for the test an I am very
disappointed with myself.

Anyways, would you consider that my overall band 7.5 is sufficient
enough to allow me to claim profficiency and respectively 16 points or
else...

Thank you very much to anyone who bothers to respond me..

The way its done you will lose points for the 6.5 listening. That can be
the trickiest one because of accents etc.

Overall score doesn't count, sorry. It is the individual score for each
skill what counts - you'll get only 14 points for English.

If you don't know what IELTS is, that means you are in the wrong board
and you shouldn't worry about it.....

Why should I know that. Is it somehing to do with immigration as spouse? I
dont think so because then I would have seen it in the forms or the guides.
