I had submitted my IELTS results just about two months after i submitted my initial application (I had requested British Council to send it directly to CHC and had quoted my file number etc). The importent thing to note is that the results should be valid at the time of its submission.

Submitting the results a couple of months later had not made a difference in processing time of my application, as i have observed in this forum that i got my 90day letter and medical requests at around the same time as others with similar timeline. I am not sure of the current situation.
