Default IELTS procedure

OK, I have decided after hanging out here a bit that IELTS is
preferable to
reams of documentation for nonnative speakers of english. Now, I have
a
question. On the IELTS application form, you can indicate up to five
recepients
of the score. Now, should I instruct the IELTS to hold mailing my
scores until
I tell them? Or, is it better to take the IELTS test AFTER I mail the
PR
application, so that the consulate office will have my file to add the
score
to?

It would seem a bit awkward to put the cart before the horse, and have
a test
score reported before I send them my PR application! Which comes
first: taking the
IELTS test, or submitting the PR forms and telling them the test
report will arrive soon?

Or, is it enough to send with my PR application a copy of the test
score report
they will give me?

Ask them to send results directly to you and attach such to your application
(or submit to visa post if you already filed PR application and have file
number). You must submit the original of IELTS results.

Narayan,
You don't have to put anything in the recipients list, this list is
for the people who are giving IELTS for University Admissions. For
immigration you don't have to give recipient name. When you get the
scorecard from IELTS, just include the Original Score Card with your
PR application.
