Dear Mr. Miller:
I've read on this forum recently that the CIC is asking the oct/nov/dec 01 applicants to refill IMM008. My questions are:
1) I added my spouse to my application in Feb 03. While doing it, I also filled in page 2 of IMM008. Could I still be asked to fill it in again?
2) It seems that the new form IMM008 has a column for IELTS.
What should applicants from the old points system do in regards to this? In my specific case, my undergrad and grad education has been in English and I've been working in the US for the last 5 years. How can I prove my proficiency in English without taking the IELTS and delaying my application process? I'm assuming that GRE/GMAT and TOEFL scores don't mean anything to the CIC.
Thanks for your time.
Kismit

Forgot to mention that I've an MBA from a top 15 US b-school and it would not have been quite possible without being reasonably good at English. The question is how this message could be conveyed to the CIC without taking any test and delaying the process.
Thanks.

Thanks.
