IELT english test
Ok I am born english, english speaking yada yada yada. I got the 120 e-mail dated 26 June on 26 June, do we need to do the IELT test or will the stat dec sent with the original application to Sydney NS suffice? We're hoping to send our next stage application to London HC this week but obviously this will delay us if we have to do the test.

Also if they wanted you to have a IELT test they will have told you in the application pack that tells you what they are expecting you to submit to London (UK).
If you are still unsure then get onto the CIC website and send a case specific enquiry asking them that question.
Good luck.

The application pack will include a checklist of everything they expect you to submit so if it is not listed in that then do not worry about it.
Finally if you are really worried then send CIC a case specific enquiry through the website, but honestly based on your time line I would just proceed without worrying about the IELT.
