Default I love Canada

Well, I don't care what all the trolls say..............I love Canada and
being here.

I left the UK to marry a Canadian and have never regretted for one day that
I did that.

I brought 2 sons with me who are now teenagers and they have loved Canada
from day one.

It's a great place and everything has worked out well for us. I have a
different type of job and I happen to be doing well at work and I love it
here!

There are differences but there will be anywhere.

We can't wait to become citizens and will be applying later this year as
soon as we are able.

Our country need more immigrant like you. Your spirit reinforced our believe
in this country generosity, opportunity and bright future.

We have been here for more than 25 years and love every minute of it.

Everyday not only on July 01 Canada Day, we appreciate what our country has
done for our family.

This is our country that gives us jobs, home, education and our children
future.

We thank our aboriginal natives, pioneers, politicians, armed forces and
fellow Canadian.

What can I say...you are the first ever most joyful immigrant that i heard
in Canada.
I browsed thru your website, and I have more confidence now about Canada.
I hardly can wait to be a Canadian officially one day.
Thanks for sharing your exciting story. Wish all the best.

Thanks, Kay, for speaking up in support of this great country. I too am
grateful every day for the privilege of being able to call myself a
Canadian.

I was born and raised in the US, and made the choice in 1998 to immigrate to
Canada. This was, by far, the best decision I have ever made about the
direction of my life. I have now lived in beautiful British Columbia for
nearly 5 years, and became a proud Canadian citizen last year.

I enjoy living in a country that respects and embraces all cultures, creeds,
and ethnic backgrounds; that works hard to protect the environment and
natural resources; that cares for and provides for each and every Canadian,
including health care, support for young families with children, and the
elderly. I appreciate the accessibility of elected officials, and have come
to value the parliamentary system of government.

I have travelled through lots of this vast country since I've been here --
the outports of Newfoundland, the rugged seacoast of Nova Scotia and New
Brunswick, the remarkable cities of Quebec, the majesty of the Rocky
Mountains in Alberta, and the islands of British Columbia. Everywhere I've
been, I have met warm, friendly, honest people who have made me feel welcome
here in my new adopted country.

I earn a respectable living here in my chosen profession -- not as much as I
earned in the US, but enough to afford a home, vehicles, a boat, and
vacations. More importantly, I don't wake up at night here listening to
gunshots and police sirens; I appreciate knowing that my tax dollars are
paying for humanitarian and peacekeeping causes instead of building a huge
military power; and I know that I am living in a country respected
throughout the world for its high standard of living.

I am proud to be able to call myself a Canadian, and I look forward to what
the future holds for me here -- I certainly ever don't see myself wanting to
return to live in the US. In fact, many of the friends and family I left
behind in the US wish they could join me here!

Count me as a happy Canadian too. I'm a Taiwanese who appreciates the
opportunity Canada has provided me for the last 15. Sure, life could be
tough and sometimes, how negligible it is, racial tension would rear its
ugly head but I couldn't be more thankful to the generocity Canada provides
her immigrants.
