I finally got my PPR :)
In case anyone cares lol.
Unofficially it was 2 weeks ago, officially it was yesterday!
I say that because I had sent Ottawa an email enquiring about the status (seeing as its been nearly 2 years!!!!) a few weeks back. They replied back on the 9th saying "Your application is ready to be finalised and as a result you will be receiving a request for a copy of your passport"
I took this one and ran with it so that was the unofficial ppr, but the actual Email came through yesterday.
So I scanned and emailed that and hopefully in about a months time my COPR will be here then me and Mr D can take a romanti............. um long shopping trip down to the states, and come back with me as a PR.
Its been 5 and a half years since I got here and they finally let me in for good
