Hello
I chose BC in my land inmigrant but now i want to go to toronto ... Many people said
that i have to stay in vancouver for 6 months and then i can move ... is't true?

I did exactly the same as you. And, I move to Toronto almost exactly after landing at
Vancouver in this June. No problems at all.

I am aCanadian resident in Alberta.
To my knowledge ther is no such rule. Canada is a free country. You can live anywhere as long as it is in Canada boundaries.
Rules are federal and apply to all provinces, not just one province like B.C.

As far as i know you don't have to land in Vancouver and then go to Toronto since you can land directly in Toronto. Any change of the landing location that doesn't envolve the province of Quebec is allowed.

A change of destination prior to landing which does not involve the province of
Quebec (assuming that you were not approved under a Provincial Nominee Program) is
not generally grounds for reconsideration of the application.
Once landed, permanent residents of Canada are free to relocate to any province or
territory.
