Default Hypothetical Question

Hello All... I have a hypothetical question.

Let say my AIP letter arrived today. Let also say my visitor visa extension has been granted yesterday with 6-month validity. What happens if I leave Canada for 1 week from tomorrow? (alone -without my canadian husband) Would I get re-entry problems?

The reason I ask this question is because I wish to celebrate Idul Fitri in my home country (Indonesia). I applied PR under In-canada spouse application & am aware that I must (or should?) stay put until I get my PPR .

I appreciate any comments. Cheers

It is not your visa what has been extended, it is your stay, your admission to Canada. Stay put and don't go anywhere as you don't have visa - even if you would have valid visa for another entry such entry may be denied and your inland process will be abandoned and closed.

So it's the admission not the visa . Thank you, Mr. Miller! I'll stay put until I get my paper.

That is actually not a bad idea seeing that I have not had a good reason to visit Edmonton. Thanks
