Default Husband’s information

Thank you for your help, I also think that it will be 22, based on this example.
Examples: If you have a Master’s degree but have completed only 16 years of full-time study, award yourself 22 points.
I would also appreciate your help with this question because I do not know anybody also who could help me with this
I have a husband who is a Canadian citizen. Now we want to make a divorce. In my application for the independent immigration I should include his passport number and address; because he is still my husband even so we are separated.
The problem is that I do not communicate with him and it is impossible for me to show in the application form all this data. More over I do not want him to know that I am planning to make the independent immigration.
Should I wait till divorce will be received (may take 1 year) or to send the application as it is, without this information? Will it influence somehow the immigration decision?
