Default HRDC validate

Will an entry-level IT job to be validated by HRDC? How do they determine
the validation?

depends... there are certain categories of it jobs that are exempt from hrdc validation under the software workers pilot program... check the cic website for these...

basically the 30000 feet process is, for hrdc validation, the potential employer needs to prove that s/he has advertised the position to canadians.. and that no qualified canadian is available to meet the requirements of the position... and that the only option left is to bring in someone from overseas...

its a time consuming and expensive process...

What about an ordinary job like "Network Technician" to get HRDC validation?
Any possibility to be granted? (Don't think so huh?)
