I am a (temporary) resident of Germany and have a pending application in Damascus. I
want to add my wife to my application and inform the office of my marriage and
relocation to Germany. I have all the required documents and as I have learned from
this newsgroup the fees should be sent to the same office. My problem is that I do
not know how to send the fees from Germany to Damascus.

Can anybody advise in this regard?

It would be best to obtain a Canadian dollar bank draft or certified cheque for the
amount, payable to The Receiver General for Canada, and to include that with the
documentation for your spouse.

Does the Canadian Embassy in Damascus have to accept it for sure? Or, is it probable
that they do not accept it and reject it together with the documents?
