How much time it takes after Correspondence letter

How much time it takes after Correspondence letter
Hi Guys
I am working in Canada on a closed work permit. I have applied for my wife(Open work permit) and kids(Visit) from Pakistan (Feb 28 2020).Medical is done and updated on application that You passed the medical exam. Now I have received yesterday March 08 2021 Correspondence letter for my wife biometrics(Validity of biometrics etc.) For my kids I have received the passport submission request.
I was wondering how much time it will take further after correspondence letter for passport request for my wife. Should I submit my kids passport for visa stamping or wait for wife passport.
Any Valuable suggestions please.
