Hi. I'd like to know how many points I have for education if I have a secondary
school (grammar school) where I can go to the university and 2 years college of IT
and there was subjects like programming...

If total score of points is 71 without personal suitability is it chance to interview
waiver if I apply outside my country where I live ?

regards,

Sly

You get 10 points if your 2 years of college didn't result in diploma. If you
completed college program and received proper diploma then you get 13 points. If you
apply through the visa post not responsible for the country of your residence then
you have slim (next to zero) chances for interview waiver, regardless the number of
points you scored on self-assessment form.
