How long did your PR card take?

Hi, just a quickie..

Those of you who've recently landed, how long did it take for your PR card to be mailed out to you? I know we were officially told 4-6 weeks, but I have a pressing travel commitment and was wondering what the realistic timeline is.

Where are PR cards processed? (I applied in Ontario.)
