Default how long after medical to get visa

Hi to all friends here

I had my interview in July in Detroit and was told approved. I did
medical on Sept 3 and haven't heard from them so far. Does anyone know
approx. how long it will take to receive passport requesting letter?

Thanks!
-Shane

Here is my time line for your reference:
01/01 sent application to bufflo
03/01 AOR
06/01 notified I need an inteview in Detroit, date will be notified

05/02 told interview date

Three to four months after the medical is pretty average but it can easily
take longer.
