Default How to inform CIC about withdrawl of Counsel

What is the suitable wordings/letter to inform CIC about dismissal of a
Immigration Consultant and separately hiring of a new Counsel.

I need to choose my new counsel from this group. Please provide sample
letter at the earliest.
