How to get Option C print out??
 

In Supporting document..it ask for an original Option C print out of mine
Last Notice of Assessment for most recent taxation year..Is that mean get
the print out for 2003 ?? or 2002?

Also, I call the # 1-800-959-8281 but didn't hear an option for Option C
printout. I check their website but no clue either..Can someone help me?

Your most recent tax year is 2002. If you go to your local CCRA office and
ask for the option C printout they will know what you need, just don't try
to get it over the phone.

I actually called the toll free number for Revenue Canada and spoke to a live attendant who mailed me the Option C printout within 3 days of our conversation. I would try that.

Hi Mister Miller,

Do spouse sponsor still have to bother this part?
Also can I just use the Notice of Assessment which I got from mail (the copy
from tax filing this year) or I need to get option C from Tax Revenue again?

Yes, you should get the printout as many visa post are requiring it anyway
and you'll be wasting time waiting for request.
