Default How is experience calculated?

Hello, it says on the immigration website:

You must have had at least one year of experience* in one or more of the following occupations within the last 10 years.

*Experience is defined as continuous full-time or equivalent part-time paid work experience

Is this calculated on average hours worked per week? Cheers

Full time is 37.5 hours per week. If you worked less than that per week then in order to meet the requirement you must document at least 1950 hours of continuous, paid work experience in one of the listed occupations.
