How to count points?

Hello everyone. I need some help regarding how to interpret IELTS
results.
To claim high proficiency in each of the 4 departments (listening,
writing, reading and speaking) what is the minimum score required? Any
help will be appreciated. Caracol!

You have to take the score of atleast 7 in all four departments (not
to mix with overall score) to get full 16 marks.
