Question How to correct a minor error in a sent form

I sent my application, received an AOR, but just today I have discovered that I made a minor error in a form.
In "SCHEDULE 1, BACKGROUND/DECLARATION" (Skilled) under "Education" I have written a wrong start date for my oldest education.
The total years of education I have written correct, and I have sent a translated and notarized copy of all the certificates/diplomas we had so there they can se the right date.
Yes I should have discovered this before.... D'oh! - but what now.
Should I send a new copy of this form with a letter to explane the error, or just a letter alone. What about e-mail or fax.
Thanks in advance
