Default Hours worked requrement for CEC?

I've seen on the CIC website that eligibility for CEC is considered when someone has been working in NOC A, B or C for at least 2 years with a full time working week of 37.5 hours.

Like many people in Canada, I am employed for a basic 35 hours a week which is generally considered by most to do a full time job. I also do overtime quite a bit but does anyone know if there is an equivalent hours requirement which I could use instead? I noticed on the FAQ it said that part-time work is fine as long as it is in skill level B or above and you can make up the required hours total but I couldn't find what the required number of hours actually is.

A regular work week in BC is 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week before overtime applies.
