Hi All,
Does anyone know how easy it is to just "go on holiday" to Canada for a recky for houses if you have received your visa? Do you need to have the Goods to floow list sorted out so that you can go through immigration then or can we pass through as a 'tourist' without actually landing? Just a bit confused about what you can and can't do easily!
Thanks,
Dan

Do you mean that if we have a return ticket we would not have to go through the immigration process? We were under the impression that if you have the Visa in your passport you have to go through with the 'landing' procedure irrespective of what type of ticket you had, but we will not have a goods to follow list completed at that time.

You could do the "landing" procedure and get it out of the way and take preliminary "goods to follow" lists then when you go for good take with you the list you are shipping .
Plenty of people of this site have gone over to Canada and not settled there and then so think it must be possible
