We had ours back for the updated docs request so sent copied then. If you are beyond this stage then put in a covering note with the passports at passport stage - they will expect this as most people update their passports if they have little time left. I believe that Canada is the same as the US and that you have to have a minimum of 6 months validity to travel.

Yes our set of documents have gone for stage 2 just waiting for medicals now!!

Will apply for new passports and send a letter when and hopefully we get the nod!!
