Help Urgent
Dear all... anyone who has been in this situation.. please reply asap.
I have applied for my wifes permanent residency inland.. they have
transferred the case to a local office.. ( what does it mean and how
long will it take?)..also, she had to leave the country due to an
emergency.. she has a valid multiple entry visa that expires in aug 30
2003. we have only one stamp on the visa when she entered the country
in aug 30 2002. Can she enter? should we tell the immigration officer
that we have applied for residency or should we say we are
visiting?!!!!ANYHELP WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
