Help - Renew work permit after renewing passport
 

My work permit doesn't expire for another 11 months, but applied to renew my passport at the same time as my child's one.
Passport applications are processed and sent out incredibly quickly than I expected...
This link suggests, I must renew the work permit - Could I get some guidance on how and where to do this please?
I got a new passport after coming to Canada but I still have a valid work permit in my old one. What should I do? (cic.gc.ca)

p.s. I've already written to the legal firm my employer used for my original WP application - but I suspect there will be a delay in engaging with the correct personal / HR to renew our work/study permits. Just want to be sure of my legal status when I receive the new passports

Found the answer... FYI for anyone with similar situation:
