Default Help please IEC and staying

Hi there i am currently here under the IEC until September, i have a full time job but its not permanent it is contracted in a call centre with Shaw. I live in BC and have experience as a bus driver, call centre management and other customer service roles. I am in a same sex relationship with a Canadian and have been since Jan 6th and we are moving in together in May. I dont want to have to go home but the IEC visas went before i had chance to submit mine. My passport expires in July 2014 and i was hoping if i went home in September applied for my passport and then applied for the IEC again could come back but me and my partner plan on getting married when i do come back next year, i was hoping i wouldnt have to go home until the IEC opens and could just stay here and visit England for a bit. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on becoming a PR or finding a way to stay. Thanks

Three options that I can see - one is that you get married now and your wife/husband sponsors you for PR. Secondly, that your employer applies for a LMO so you can get a 'normal' TWP. And thirdly, that you apply for PR via the BC PNP.

HTH a bit, good luck.
